A Fireside Chat with Jenn Feldman, Specialisterne & Tara May, Aspiritech

Creating opportunities for neurodivergent talent is an important first step. But meaningful inclusion goes further.

How do we build pathways where neurodivergent professionals can develop their skills, build connections, demonstrate their strengths, and create lasting value in the workplace?

Join Jenn Feldman of Specialisterne and Tara May of Aspiritech for a candid fireside conversation exploring what it takes to move from potential to impact.

Drawing on the complementary work of Specialisterne and Aspiritech, as well as their collaboration through the Specialisterne Academy, Jenn and Tara will explore how skills development, mentorship, peer networks, employer engagement, and workplace culture can work together to create more meaningful and sustainable career pathways for neurodivergent professionals.

The conversation will also look beyond hiring to consider a bigger question:
What does success really look like when neurodivergent talent has the opportunity not only to participate, but to grow, contribute, and thrive?

What We’ll Explore

  • Building the ecosystem: How training, professional development, peer networks, and employer partnerships can work together to support sustainable careers.
