Specialisterne USA is recruiting!

Specialisterne USA specializes in working with businesses to hire people on the autism spectrum or who identify as neurodivergent1. Presently, Specialisterne USA is working with TD Bank to recruit for positions in multiple locations. 

Specialisterne USA provides recruitment, staffing solutions and management support to businesses interested in creating a more neurodiverse workforce. Specialisterne has an expertise in developing more comfortable processes and work environments where employees can feel productive and supported. Role Descriptions

 

PCS Operations Specialist

Full-time, Permanent 

Cherry Hill, NJ or Greenville, SC (Hybrid)

 

Core Tasks:

  • Learn to use internal workflow tool that will highlight necessary tasks to be done 
  • Process internal requests based off of written information on tickets 
  • Following established procedures, resolve tickets by generating reports 
  • Review reports for exceptions that have been flagged as suspicious

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic Microsoft Excel Skills (Data entry, simple formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to take and pass FINRA 99 and SIE exams within 90 days of hire in order to gain necessary certifications

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
  

Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst

Full-time, Permanent 

Cherry Hill, NJ ; Falmouth, ME ; Lexington, SC ; Jacksonville, FL ; Charlotte, NC ; Philadelphia, PA; or Boston, MA (Hybrid)

 

Core Tasks:

  • Provide a broad range of Tableau-based data visualization and analytical support for the US
  • Commercial Banking Business as part of an integrated Insights & Intelligence Team.
  • Maintain existing Tableau Dashboards already in production on an independent basis.
  • Assist with development of new Tableau Dashboards on a team basis. This includes, but is
  • not limited to, creating mock-ups & storyboards based on business requirements and
  • working with our Data as a Service (DaaS) partners to determine what necessary data is on
  • hand and what data needs to be obtained.
  • Interpret the data to provide insights to accompany the Tableau visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Basic skill level with Tableau 
  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or other technical training

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Intermediate or advanced skill level with Tableau
  • Basic or Intermediate skill level with SQL
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  

Risk Associate

Full-time, Permanent

Cherry Hill, NJ ; Falmouth, ME ; Lexington, SC ; Jacksonville, FL ; Charlotte, NC ; Philadelphia, PA; or Boston, MA (Hybrid)

 

Core Tasks:

  • Assist with developing analytical tools (i.e trending analysis tools) 
  • Review key themes across risk data 
  • Perform independent research to compare and continuously improve data analytics 
  • Assist with automation efforts

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, or related field OR Associate’s Degree with experience

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Building Macros, VBA, etc.) 
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Access Database building

The Recruitment Process

 

Application

The first step in the recruitment process is for interested candidates to apply for the roles. This will involve completing an online questionnaire as well as submitting their resume to Specialisterne USA. Instructions for applying are included below. Applicants will be shortlisted for participation in the next step based on a review of each online questionnaire and assessing the likelihood of fit for the roles for which we are recruiting.

Employment Workshop

The next step in the Specialisterne recruitment process is an Employment Workshop. It is a hands-on, task-based experience where you will work on specific projects in a relaxed setting. It is an opportunity to learn about our approach to hiring, and for us to get to know you – what motivates you, your interests and your skills.

Assessment Period

Based on their interest, qualifications, and skills, certain individuals will be invited to participate in Specialisterne USA’s 3-week Assessment Program. During the 3-week assessment, applicants for this program will be evaluated, assessed and selected according to the standard Specialisterne methodology. Participation in the assessment period does not guarantee employment. 

Employment

Employment offers are made to the candidates with the best fit. Once accepted, the individuals will transition into their positions at the organization.

Specialisterne USA will provide support where necessary, which may include modifications to the work environment.
