Campus & Post-Secondary Programs

Success in careers starts with success in education. Specialisterne has developed a suite of programs aimed at helping students gain employment related knowledge and experience while they are still enrolled or even recently graduated.

Co-op/Internship Program

The Specialisterne Post-Secondary Employment Bridging Program provides employers with the opportunity to neurodiversify their early talent pool through engagement with enrolled students. Built on Specialisterne’s proven recruitment and onboarding model, this program helps attract, recruit and integrate neurodivergent students into co-op and internship roles.

Employment Assessment Workshop

In partnership with educational institutions, Specialisterne facilitates employment workshops that provide participants with candidate profiles, competency assessments and career guidance.

Workforce Readiness and Preparation (WRaP) Facilitator Training

Specialisterne’s award winning corporate workforce readiness curriculum adapted and tailored for high school or post-secondary education. The WRaP program trains and supports educators in delivering work readiness skills training to their students.
